上切牙瓷修复的色型分布——临床和制作所的联合报告

Color Space of PFM Crowns Applied in Repairing Upper Anterior Teeth—Report Coming from Clinic and Dental Technical Lab

目的 :报告成都地区上切牙瓷修复的色型分布。方法 :1999 ,1～12月成都华西口腔义齿制作加工中心的全部上切牙瓷修复加工制作卡共计2890人 ,7470单位 ,测算加权平均数的色型分布情况及主要色型分布状况。结果 :A系列为人群上前牙的主要色型 ,占64.07 %,A系列在实际使用中被临床划分为11个色型。B系列占16.36 % ,C系列占10.61 % ,D系列占8.77 %。分类中占前9位的依次是A2 ,A3 ,B2 ,A1 ,C2 ,D3 ,D2 ,A3 :5 ,B3 ,占全部总数的86.1 %。结论 :VITA比色板的临床代表性 ,应作适当增加 ,尤以A系列为主。九分法的比色方法目前仍未被临床采纳 ,适当使用三分法 (切、体、颈 )更易在临床推广 ,建议使用组合式比色板。

Objective: To report the color space concerning maxillar central and lateral incisors PFM crown completed in Chengdu.Methods:All of PFM restorations cards of upper incisors from January to December 1999 in Chengdu West China Dental Technical Center were collected and counted up to 2890 patients,7470 units.Then analysed the color space by accounting average and main color space.Results:Series A was main shade in public upper anteiror teeth,accounted for 64.07%and was divided into 11 shades clinically in practice.But seriens B,C and D accounted for 16.36%,10.61%and 8.77% respectively.The front ninth shades were A2,A3,B2,A1,C2,D3,D2,A3.5,B3,in turns,sums to 86.1%.Conclusions:1. VITA shade guide should be augmented,especially seriers A due to its incomplete represedtation in clinic.2.Measuring shade by Three_Divided is preferable to Nine_Divided,thanks to it's easy to grasp and popularize.3.Assembled shade guide is suggested to be use.
