摘要 目的 :评价Gore_Tex膜引导骨再生技术治疗种植体周围炎的临床疗效。方法 :对3例种植体周围炎患者局部冲冼和药物治疗控制感染后行翻瓣刮治 ,应用Gore_Tex膜覆盖骨缺损 ,术后6月去除膜 ,摄X线片及进行临床评价。结果 :3例骨缺损者均完全再生修复 ,种植体稳定。结论 :局部冲冼和翻瓣刮治后 ,应用Gore_Tex膜覆盖骨缺损治疗种植体周围炎 ,可获得骨组织再生修复。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of Gore_Tex membrane guided bone regeneration(GBR) in treatment of periimplantitis.Methods:Controlling infection by irrigating and applying antibiotics,to curette periimplant socket thoroughly and to cover bone_defect with Gore_Tex membrane.Remove the membrane by 6 monthes.The bone regeneration was evaluated by X_ray film and examined during operation.Results:Complete bone regeneration had been found in bone_defect zones of all 3 cases.Implants had excellent stability.Conclusion:Bone_defect resulted from periimplantitis could be completely repaired after local curetting peri_implant socket and by applying Gore_Tex membrane guided bone regeneration.
