中国省际间电力消费差距演变研究

Analysis on Evolution of Chinese Inter-provincial Disparity of Electricity Consumption

从基尼系数的角度研究中国省际间电力消费差距的变化特征,依据电力消费在不同产业和居民生活用电之间的分配对基尼系数进行分解,反映电力消费结构对省际间电力消费差距变化的影响。研究表明:①中国省际间电力消费差距总体呈不断扩大趋势。②第二产业对电力消费基尼系数的贡献率最大,是影响省际间电力消费差距的主要因素。③居民生活用电起着缩小省际间电力消费差距的作用。

This paper studied the change characteristics of Chinese inter - provincial disparity of electricity consumption from the view of Gini co- efficient. The Gini coefficient was decomposed according to the electricity consumption distribution between different industries and residential electric- ity consumption, to reflect the impact of the electricity consumption structure on inter - provincial disparity of electricity consumption. The results showed that the Chinese inter - provincial disparity of electricity consumption enlarged. The secondary industry was the major factor affecting the inter - provincial electricity consumption disparity, with the biggest contribution rate to the Gini coefficient of electricity consumption. Residential electricity consumption played a role in narrowing the gap of inter - provincial electricity consumption.
