摘要
科学地进行生态环境监测和评价,对维护生态平衡、保护和改善生态环境具有非常重要的意义。山东半岛蓝色经济区作为国家战略建设区,良好的生态环境是促进其经济稳定发展的保障。基于GIS、RS技术,综合分析生物、植被、土壤等因素,利用AHP构建生态环境评价体系,通过ArcGIS平台构建生态环境监测与评价模型;提取各评价指标,计算研究区EQI值,获得其生态环境质量及空间分布规律,为研究区生态环境质量监测提供技术决策支持。
Monitoring and evaluating the ecological environment scientifically played an important role in maintaining the equilibrium of ecosys- tems or conserving and improving the ecological environment. As the national strategy, a good ecological environment was the security for promoting the steady and rapid development of economy. In this paper,the authors analyzed the factors such as biodiversity, vegetation and soil based on GIS and RS, constructing an ecological environment evaluation system via of AHP. Then estimated a model of monitoring and evaluated the ecological environ- ment with the support of the ArcGIS platform. By using the model, assessment factors of ecological environment could be extracted automatically, and then computing EQI of research area using the whole assessment factors. We got the quality and spatial distribution rules of the ecological environ- ment. This method provided the scientific decision support for protecting and governing the ecological environment of the research area.
