基于TRIZ的流程再造评价和改进方法研究

随着市场环境的变化,国内开展流程再造或改进的企业日益增多。同时,TRIZ理论和方法被逐步推广应用到各个行业或领域。在梳理TRIZ技术进化理论在流程再造中应用现状的基础上,深入分析了TRIZ与BPR的一致性。基于TRIZ的DTC算子,对流程再造进行评估,利用物质—场模型对流程设计实施改进,寻求建立系统可控的流程设计方式,并给出解法。针对福特北美预付款流程进行案例分析,验证评价和改进方法的有效性及其应用价值。

As the market environment changed, a growing number of domestic enterprises planed to reengineer business process which was con- sidered an effective means to improve market competitiveness to cope with the changing circumstance. However, the traditional methods of BPR which depended on the intuition and experience of the designer was not controllable. In order to enhance the controllability and establish a logical approach of BPR, this paper applied TRIZ - based methods to BRP. The authors firstly verifyed the consistency of TRIZ and BPR from the theoretical point and then proposed a new solution to evaluate and improve process design though su - field model and DTC methods and compare traditional BPR theory with TRIZ - based methods. Finally, put the proposed solution in a related case to verify the validity of the TRIZ - based methods.
