西安城市发展现状与愿景研究——基于国际化大都市标准值的分析

Research on Status and Vision of Urban Development in Xican City——Based on the Analysis of Standard International Metropolis

以西安市9区4县为研究范围,运用加权平均值的方法分析了西安国际化大都市的建设水平。研究表明:①目前西安处于国际化大都市建设的起步阶段,社会发展和生态环境基本达到标准值。②按政府规划的愿景,到2020年西安基本可实现国际化大都市的建设,但从实际预测结果看,除社会发展水平外,其余4方面的愿景值相对偏高。因此,西安有一定的能力建设国际化大都市,但需要对现有的产业结构和发展状况进行适当调整。

This paper used the weighted average method to evaluate the international metropolis construction level of Xi＇ an and found that：OAt present, Xi＇ an was in the initial stage of international metropolis. Social development level and ecological environment reached the standard. O Ac- cording to vision planed by government, Xi＇ an would realize the construction of the international metropolis by 2020, but the prediction results reflected that four aspects of the vision value were relatively high in addition to social development level. Xi＇an had a certain amount of ability to construct an international metropolis, but needed to make proper adjustment for industrial structure and development.
