空管药物疗法治疗乳磨牙根尖周炎疗效观察

Curative Effect of Kongguan Drug Therapy Treating Milk Teeth Motor Apical Periodontal Abcess

目的 :观察空管药物疗法对乳磨牙根尖周炎的疗效 ;方法 :173例患儿共 2 84颗患根尖周炎的乳磨牙 ,随机分为两组 ,用空管药物治疗 16 0牙 ,以变异干髓术治疗 12 4牙作为对照组 ;结果 :空管药物疗法有效率 89.37% ,变异干髓术有效率6 9 .35 %。统计学显示 ,空管药物疗法与变异干髓术相比存在着显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;结论 :空管药物疗法对治疗乳磨牙根尖周炎有更为满意的临床效果。

Objective:To observe the effect of kongguandrug therapy treating milk teeth motor apical periodontal abcess. Methods:173 baby patients with their 248 diseased teeth were randomly divided into 2 groups Group A (160 teeth) were treated with kongguan drug therapy and group B (124 teeth) with Variant mummification of pulp.Results:Effect rate of Group A was 89.37% and that of Group B 69.35%.The former was higher than the latter.( P <0.05) Conclusion:Kongguan drug therapy has a more satisfactory clinical etfect on milk teeth motor apical periodontal abcess
