摘要
本文通过对"科技社团在决策咨询中的地位和作用"调查问卷的统计、处理和研究,试图寻找影响科技社团在决策咨询中发挥作用的问题,分析出科技社团在决策咨询中的地位和作用的基本现状以及影响其作用发挥的体制机制障碍,探讨解决对策。
Based on statistical result of the data provided by the questionnaires of sci-tech associations＇ posi- tions and roles in decision consultation, the research is intended to discover the problems which influenced the roles of sci-tech associations in decision consultation, analyze the current state about the positions and roles of sci-tech associations and main institutional or mechanism obstacles which impacted their functions, and explore the countermeasures for solutions.
