摘要 建立气相色谱法同时测定蜂蜜中蝇毒磷、氟胺氰菊酯残留量的分析方法。通过对前处理条件的优化实验,确定应用二氯甲烷∶正己烷(1∶1)为提取溶剂,二氯甲烷为洗脱溶剂,经Oasis HLB固相萃取柱净化,HP-5(0.18 mm×0.18μm×20 m)的毛细管柱作为分离柱,以GC-ECD测定,峰面积定量。各组分离效果好,线性范围宽,方法重现性及回收率符合测定蜂蜜样品的要求,两种农药加标回收率为86.75%~101.84%,相对标准偏差1.36%~5.15%,最低检出限0.001 mg/kg^0.005 mg/kg。 To establish a method for determination of Coumaphos and fluvalinate residues in honey by gas chromatography (GC). Through the optimization experiments of pre-treatment conditions, decided the method was extract by the hexane-chloromethane ( i : 1 ), eluted with chloromethane, cleaned- up with the Oasis HLB solid phaseex tract column, separated by the capillary column of HP- 5 (0.18 mmx0.18 μmx20 m) . The residue was quantified with GC-ECD method. Each component was separated well and the linearity range was wide. The repeatability and recovery of the method were suitable for the determination of honey samples. The recovery rates of two kinds of residues were 86.75 %-101.84 %, the RSDs were 1.36 %-5.15 %, the lower limits of detection concentration were0. 001 mg/kg-0. 005 mg/kg.
