摘要 采用高效液相色谱-质谱(LC-MS)分析技术,通过全扫描,确定了测定枣中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的检测模式、碰撞能量等质谱参数,与样品前处理方法结合,开发了测定枣中齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量的高效液相色谱-质谱(LC-MS)定性定量分析方法。方法表明,在取进样量0.5 ng^50 ng线性范围内,线性系数分别为r齐=0.998;r熊=0.998。同时确定最低检出限均为0.05 ng,最低定量限均为0.25 ng。在加标水平为15 ng干重下,加标回收率分别为:80.17%(RSD=9.54%)和95.93%(RSD=2.87%)。 To develop a LC-MS method for the content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in jujube, The LC-MS analysis technique ascertained detection mode,collision energy of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in jujube by using full scan.While the method was validated,we found when sample size range was 0.5-50ng, the linear correlation coefficient of oleanolic acid was 0.998, the linear correlation coefficient of ursolic acid was 0.998. The limits of detection (S/N=3) was 0.05ng and the limits of quantification (S/N=10) was 0.25ng. when the level of appended standard material was 15ng, the recovery of appended standard material was 80.17 % (RSD = 9.54 %) and 95.93 %(RSD = 2.87 %).
