摘要
针对714CDN型天气雷达发射机高压部分特点,分析了与回扫充电有关的IGBT过流故障、赋能过流故障、反馈过流故障等高压故障形成的可能原因,以期在实际分析、排除这类高压故障时提供帮助。
According to the characteristics of high voltage section of transmitter,possible reasons for the formation of the IGBT over current 714CDN weather radar fault, empowerment over current fault and feedback over current fault etc that are related to the flyback charging has been analyzed,which can provide a help to analyze and exclude this type of high voltage failure in practical work.
