摘要
文章介绍了复杂空间型线空心叶片的内、背弧曲面成型工艺,采用理论计算和应用试验分析,确定了合理的平板展开尺寸、加热和冷却的温度、先进结构的模具,实现了复杂曲面空心叶片的成型,保证了核电空心叶片的制造质量。
The paper introduces the forming technology for inner and back arc profile of hollow blade with complex line. By using theoretical calculation combined with applied experiment analysis, this paper determines the reasonable unfold size of plate, heat- ing and cooling temperature, the mold with advanced structure, achieves the formation of hollow blade with complex curved surface and guarantees the manufacturing quality of hollow blade of nuclear power.
