摘要
文章通过对锥螺纹数学模型分析,并通过实际加工实践,采用先进的铣削工具及加工方法代替了传统的攻丝方式。在保证加工质量的同时,有效地解决了锥螺纹加工的刀具成本高及大规格螺纹攻丝困难的难题。
This paper analyzed the model of taper thread and used the advanced milling tools and techniques instead of the traditional tapping through the actual machining~ It solved the machining problem and reduced the cost of manufacture, ensured the request of design and quality.
