财务集约化管理体系下的“一键式”报表管理

One-key mode report forms management under financial intensive management system

针对宁夏电力公司原有财务报表系统存在的业务标准不统一、内部交易手工抵消、"以表汇表"编报方式等问题,采用财务集约化管理体系下的集团对账功能、协同平台抵销功能及集团内部合并抵销账务处理,实现合并报表"一键式"出具、合并口径及供电局各级报表实时查询分析,确保了"账、证、表"一致及快报数据的实效性和准确性。应用结果表明:"一键式"报表管理模式减少了加工和报送环节,缩短了编制周期,优化了公司财务报告模式,集团报表编报效率和质量大幅提高,会计信息的时效性、透明度显著增强,实现了财务报表编报方式的创新。

Aiming at original finance report forms of the Ningxia Electric Power Corporation exists the problems of the operation standards variance, internal transaction handwork offset, using group accounts checking function, collaboration platform offset function and group internal financial merging and offset accounts treatment of financial intensification management system, realizes merging the report forms one-key mode creating, unify statement and real time searching for all levels of each report form of the power supply bureau, ensures the consistency of the account, voucher, form, the validity and accuracy of the fast report data. The application result shows that one-key mode finance report forms management reduces the taches of edit and submitting, shortens compilation period, optimizes financial report mode of the company, greatly improves compilation efficiency and quality of the group report forms, substantially strengthens the timeliness and transparency of the accounting information, realizes the innovation of compilation mode for financial statement.
