fMLP、PMA、LTB_4对大鼠吞噬细胞能力的影响

摘要 目的观测fMLP、PMA、LTB4对大鼠吞噬细胞能力的影响。方法通过密度梯度离心法分离大鼠腹腔吞噬细胞,对分离后得到的巨噬细胞及中性粒细胞使用fMLP、PMA、LTB4诱导后,通过荧光显微镜观察其对荧光微球的吞噬能力,进行相关判断。结果静息状态下,大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞对荧光微球的吞噬能力显著大于中性粒细胞;经fMLP、PMA、LTB4诱导后,巨噬细胞及中性粒细胞对荧光微球的吞噬能力增强。结论大鼠腹腔中性粒细胞吞噬能力小于巨噬细胞;fMLP、PMA、LTB4可致大鼠中性粒细胞、巨噬细胞的的吞噬能力提高。 objective To observe the effects of fMLP, PMA and LTB4 on phagocytosis of rat peritoneal macro- phages and neutrophils. Method The rats' peritoneal macrophages and neutrophils were separated by density gradi- ent centrifugation. The phagocytosis of fluorescent microspheres induced by fMLP, PMA and LTB4 were observed with fluorescence microscopy. Resets In the resting state, the phagocytosis of rats' peritoneal macrophages to fluo- rescent microspheres was significantly stronger than that of the neutrophil; Phagocytosis of fluorescent microspheres by both macrophage and neutrophil became stronger after induced by fMLP, PMA and LTB4.
