双波长薄层扫描法测定安胃片中延胡索乙素的含量

Determination of Tetrahydropalmatine in Anwei Tablets by Dual Wavelength TLC-scanning

目的 :建立安胃片中延胡索乙素的含量测定方法。方法 :采用氯仿提取 ,双波长薄层扫描法测定安胃片中延胡索乙素的含量 (λs=2 75nm ,λR=340nm )。结果 :平均回收率为 95 .71% ,RSD =2 .5 0 % (n =5 ) ,3批样品含量分别为 7.45 ,7.17,7.90 μg/片。 结论 :该方法稳定、可行 ,具有实用性。

Objective: To establish a method for determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Anwei tablets. Methods: tetrahydropalmatine in Anwei Tablets was extracted by chloroform and determined by dual wavelength TLC scanning (λ s=275nm,λ R=340nm).Results: The average recovery was 95%.17%, RSD was 2.50% (n=5). The contents of tetrahydropalmatine in three batches were 7.45,7.17 and 7.90μg/tablet, respectively.Conclusions: The method is stable and feasible.
