高校群体性事件发生的特点、动因及其应对——基于集体行动理论的整合分析

Characteristics,Motive and Response to Group Events in Colleges and Universities——Integration Analysis Based on Collective Action Theory

近几年来高校群体性事件时有发生,成为影响高校稳定的重要问题。本文搜集了最近一年周期的高校群体事件案例,分析发现高校群体事件在发生时间、涉及议题上有明显的规律。在分析特点的基础上,本文从集体行动理论的视角探讨了群体事件发生的动因,并提出应对措施:从被剥夺感入手考察学生诉求;从社会文化角度分析学生心理;从体制上规范管理者和学生的沟通渠道。

In recent years, group events in colleges and universities usually happen, which become a serious problem in affect- ing the stability of colleges and universities. This paper collects almost one year group events cases in colleges and universities, and analysis finds that there is obvious law about the group events in happening time and related issues. Based on the characteris- tics analysis, this paper discusses the motive for the group events to happen from the perspective of collective action theory and proposes such responding strategies as examining the appeal of the students from the sense of being deprived, analyzing the psy- chology of the students from the perspective of society and culture and normalizing the connecting channel between the supervisors and the students from system.
