摘要如何充分共享分布式异构系统中的数字信息资源，是数字图书馆资料室建设中需要解决的关键问题。具有应用型、地方高校特色的高校图书馆资料室移动知识服务平台，是为学校、院系、学科建设和培养服务的基础平台。构建学科知识服务平台是新形势下重点学科发展的需要，也是高校图书馆生存之根本。从高校图书馆资料室的知识服务入手，以学科为基础，依靠高校的资源和人力优势，构建出网络环境下高校图书馆资料室学科知识服务平台。参考文献5。

The key problem to be solved in the construction of reference room in digital library is how to fully share digital information resources in distributed heterogeneous systems. The applied mobile knowledge service plat- form of reference room in university library with local university characteristics is a basic platform serving the con- struction and cultivation of universities, departments and disciplines. The establishment of discipline knowledge serv- ice platform can not only meet the demand of the development of key disciplines under the new situation, but also sat- isfy the fundamental requirements for the survival of university library. It should rely on university resources and man- power advantages on the base of disciplines to build discipline knowledge service platform of reference room in univer- sity library under the network environment. 5Refs.
