摘要东文文献资源建设是图书馆的重要工作之一，做好东文文献资源建设工作的关键之一是人才。全国东文文献建设有何必要性，东文文献人力资源建设工作存在哪些问题，应该如何解决这些问题？本文试就上述问题进行分析，并试图找寻有效的解决方案，以期为全国图书馆东文文献人力资源建设提供借鉴意义。参考文献11。
The construction of eastern literature is one of the important work of library, and the talent problem is one key factor in the process of construction.
