Objective This paper tries to explore a better ship garbage quarantine supervision method. Methods The emphasis of quarantine is defined through analyzing the composition ratio of ship garbage and the degree of harm, a clear quarantine regulatory focus. Results The complex constitution of ship garbage increases the incoming epidemic risk. Conclusion Various measures should be taken to solve the current prominent problems in ship garbage quarantine supervision.
