目的对国家口岸核心能力建设现状进行分析,提出建议,以完善口岸卫生检疫工作,积极服务国际卫生海港建设。方法通过对国家核心能力建设在新监测模式、国际卫生机场、港口、高水平实验室及高水平的技术人才队伍建设等方面取得的成绩进行介绍,并分析其中的不足之处。结果我国口岸卫生检疫核心能力建设工作取得一定成就,但也存在一些问题,需要我们提高认识,采取相应措施。结论口岸卫生检疫核心能力建设是一项长期而艰巨的工程。有关部门宜早日统一部署,有计划地推进。只有这样才能确保口岸安全,保护公众健康。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the current situation of national port core ability construction and put forward suggestions, in order to improve the quarantine work of port health, and serve internationally healthy seaport construction. We need to raise awareness and take corresponding measures. Conclusion The core ability construction of port health quarantine is a long-term and arduous project. Relevant departments should be unified in a planned way as soon as possible. Only in this way can we ensure the safety of the port and protect public health.
