天津临港经济区媒介生物本底调查

Background investigation on medical vectors at Tianjin Harbor Economic Area

目的了解天津临港经济区媒介生物的本底情况,为媒介生物防制提供科学依据。方法 2011年9月-2012年8月,根据天津出入境检验检疫局媒介生物本底调查方案,采用夹夜法调查鼠类、人工小时法调查蚊类、诱蝇笼捕集法调查蝇类药激法调查蜚蠊,每月两次共进行了24次调查。结果本次调查发现鼠类1科2属2种,蚊类1科1属4种,蝇类4科15属19种,未捕获蜚蠊。结论本次调查较全面的掌握了临港经济区医学媒介生物的自然本底情况,为医学媒介生物防制工作提供了科学资料。

Objective This paper attempts to understand the background of the medical vector at Tianjin harbor economic area. Methods According to the media vector background survey plan of Tianjin entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureau, the rat trap, mosquito lamp, fly cage and cockroach board have been used to investigate the kinds of rat, mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches in Tianjin harbor economic area during September 2011 to August 2012. Results Through analysis, all the vectors are identified as followings： rodents belonging to 2 species of 2 genera in I family, mosquitoes belonging to 4 species of 1 genus in 1 family, flies belonging to 19 species of 14 genera in 4 families, and no cockroach found. Conclusion This investigation has found out the population distribution, seasonal dynamics and habitats of the medical vectors at Tianjin harbor economic area, which is very helpful for us to prevent and eliminate the medical vectors at Tianjin harbor economic area.
