摘要
目的:研究高压氧(HB0)是否对油酸(0A)诱导免急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)有肺保护作用。方法:成年健康新西兰大白兔36只,随机分为正常对照组(N)、ARDS组(A)、ARDs常规治疗60分钟组(M60)、ARDS常规治疗120分钟组(M120)、ARDs高压氧治疗60分钟组(O60)和ARDS高压氧治疗120分钟组(O120)。M60组和M120组为兔制备ARDs模型后接氧气吸入治疗60min和120min.
Objective: To investigate the lung protection effect of hyperbarie oxygen therapy on acute respiratory distress syndrome induced by oleic acid m rabbit. Methods: 36 healthy adult New Zealand rabbits ,the experiment were randomly divided into normal control group (N), ARDS no conventional treatment group (A), ARDS conventional treatment 60min group (M60), ARDS conventional treatment 120rain group (M120), ARDS hyperbaric oxygen treatment 60rain group (O~,0) and ARDS hyperbaric oxygen treatment 120min group (O120). M,. group and M120 group were respectively preparated to rabbit ARDS model, then inhalated oxygen for 60 rain and 120 min: O60. group and O120 group were respectively preparated to rabbit ARDS model, then given HB0 2.5 atm (1 atm = 101.325kPa) treatment of inhalating oxygen for 60min and 120min. Taking the carotid artery to detect arterial blood gas, lactate; specimens from lung bronchoalveolar lavage fluid were measured in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid surfactant protein A (SP-A), interleukin-1 (IL-I), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha); taking the left lung specimens to calctdate the lung wet weight / dry weight (W/D). Results: (1]M groups of arterial blood PaO: each time decreased, the persistently aggravated status, O60, O120 group PaO, valuc had increased obviously (P〈0.05); Compared to N group, PH value in the M60, M120, O60, O120 group decreased obviously (P〈0.05). M group of lactic acid value gradually increased (P〉0.05), O group compared with M group decreased obviously (P〈0.05). (2)Bronchoalveolar lavagc fluid surfactant protein A value in O group compared with M group rising obviously (P〈0.05). Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of TNF alpha value and I L-lin O120 group compared with M60, M120 group had significant decrease (P〈0.05). (3)M group and O group of W/D was increased obviously (P〈0.05), compared with M60, group, O60 group of W/D had no significant difference (P〉0.05), O120 group had significantly improved (P〈0.05).(4)Histopathology: O60 group of rabbit lung tissue sections compared with M group to see the pulmonary interstitial edema had been reduced, Otto group compared with M group in edema, hemorrhage, exudation to further improve. Conclusion: Hyperbaric oxygen treatment on rabbit acute respiratory distress syndrome plays a protective effect on lung tissue.
