多不饱和脂肪酸在疾病防治中的作用 被引量：4

摘要 论述多不饱和脂肪酸不但有营养作用，而且对心血管疾病、癌症、儿童哮喘、精神病防治都有作用，并对儿重生长发育有促进作用。
