随着计算机技术的发展，电子商务（e-business）已经步入了一个新阶段一“电子商务随需而变”。本文对影响深远的几个经典电子商务安全案例进行深入分析，在此基础上，详细剖析引发电子商务安全问题的诸多因素：电子商务安全技术，管理问题，社会道德规范，以及电子商务法律规范等，这对于解决电子商务安全问题具有重要意义。

As technology progresses, electronic business （EB） enter a new phase： ＂on demand e-business＇. In this paper, some representative cases having deeply impact on the e-business progress are introduced. Then an in-depth analysis is made that, the following factors should be emphasized to eradicate the security threats, including security technology, management, social ethics and legislation.
