摘要
用葡萄糖氧化酶法观察了口服葡萄糖酸铬 1 0 μg/kg体重·每日及 5μg/kg体重·每日 ,连续 2 8天的四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病小鼠血糖水平。结果 :每日 1 0μg/kg体重组血糖与实验前及糖尿病对照组比较均有明显下降 ,差异极其显著 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;每日 5μg/kg体重比实验前有所下降 (0 .0 1 <P<0 .0 5) ,但与糖尿病对照组比较无显著性 (P>0 .0 5)
With the method of GOD-PAP,the effect of Chromium Giuconate (10.5 μg/kg d)on blood sugar of diabetic mice induced by alloxan was observed,by oral administration for 28 days.It was showed that the blood sugar had a significant decreasing in the 10 μg/kg.d group,compared to before experiment and diabetic control (P<0.01);it had a decreasing in the 5 μg/kg.d,compared to before experiment (0.01<P<0.05);but compared to diabetic control,no significance P>0.05).
