单间室膝关节置换术 被引量:5

摘要 单间室膝关节置换(unicompanfnental knee arthroplasty,UKA)的概念早在1952年由McKeever实现,他将一个金属的单侧胫骨平台假体植入病变一侧的胫股关节间室,用于治疗单一间室的膝关节骨关节炎。现代意义上的单髁膝关节置换(unicondylar knee arthroplasty,UKA)是1973年由Marmor设计的单髁表面置换假体,此后的很多固定平台单髁置换假体都是模仿他的设计。
