活血灵片对兔创伤性肢体深静脉血栓形成的干预

摘要 目的观察活血灵片预防兔创伤性肢体深静脉血栓形成的组织学变化及对纤溶功能的影响。方法将60只新西兰兔适应性喂养1周后,随机分为正常对照组、动物模型组、低分子肝素钙预防组和活血灵片预防组,观察活血灵片预防兔创伤性肢体深静脉血栓形成的组织学变化及对血浆中t-PA、PAI-Ⅰ、AT-Ⅲ指标的影响。结果活血灵片预防组与模型对照组比较,活血灵片预防组血管内膜规则,管壁连续性完整,内皮细胞未见脱落,管腔内未见血栓形成。血浆中t-PA、AT-Ⅲ指标升高,血浆中PAI-Ⅰ指标降低,与模型对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P值均小于0.01)。结论活血灵片预防组对血液纤溶系统有较为明显的影响,活血灵片可以提高机体纤溶系统活性的作用,同时具有保护股静脉内皮细胞,预防内皮细胞损害,抑制静脉血栓形成的作用。 Objective To observe the histological changes and the effects of HuoXueling tablets on fibrinolytic function for preventing traumatic limb deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in rabbits. Methods After one week adaptive feeding, 60 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: the normal control group, the model group, the low molecular weight heparin calcium (LMWHC) group, and the HuoXueling tablets group. The histological changes and the indexes of serum t-PA, PAI- I , AT-Ⅲ were examined to assess the preventive effects on the traumatic limb DVT. Results According to the histological examination, in the HuoXueling tablets group, the tunica intima was complete; there was no intraluminal thrombosis nor dropping-off of the endothelial cells. The serum index of t-PA and AT-Ⅲ increased and serum index of PAI- I decreased in the HuoXueling tablets group compared with the model group. There was a significant difference between these two groups (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions HuoXueling tablets have a more obvious impact on blood fibrinolytic system, which can improve the activity of fibrinolytic system, and protect the endothelial cells of femoral vein from damage. HuoXueling tablets may inhibit venous thrombosis.
