国土资源大调查地质调查项目实施后 ,针对项目资金管理中出现的一些问题 ,本文提出建立一级财务核算的资金运行体制 ,以解决实施单位资金管理中的多级核算、多级提留、资金监控弱化等问题。

After the implementation of the Geological Project in Land And Resources Grand Survey, in connection with some problems arising in project fund management, the author propose a fund management system of one-level fiancial accounting to solve the problem arising from multi-level financial accounting, such as multi-level deduction, weakening of fund control etc.
