2型糖尿病患者血清可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1的表达及硫辛酸干预影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血清可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)水平及硫辛酸干预的影响。方法选取2型糖尿病患者(B组)60例及健康对照者(A组)60名。B组给予硫辛酸每日600 mg静滴治疗,疗程为2周,治疗后测体重指数、血压、血糖、血脂、sVCAM-1等,进行对照研究及指标间相关性研究。结果 sVCAM-1分别与体重指数、收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇呈正相关(r值分别为0.522、0.366、0.284、0.332、0.433、0.396、0.532、0.314、0.328,相对应的P值分别为0.001、0.008、0.043、0.017、0.001、0.004、0.001、0.025、0.018);B组sVCAM-1水平高于A组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.762,P=0.008);硫辛酸干预后B组sVCAM-1下降,差异有统计学意义(t=2.606,P=0.012)。结论 2型糖尿病患者的sVCAM-1与体重指数、收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇呈正相关。硫辛酸可降低2型糖尿病患者的sVCAM-1水平。 Objective To explore the role of serum vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (sVCAM-1) in type 2 diabetes, and to explain the mechanism of protective effects of lipoic acid on these patients. Methods 60 cases with type 2 dia- betes (group B) and 60 normal subjects (group A) were chosen. Group B was given lipoic acid 600 mg a day, ivgtt, the course was 2 weeks. After treatment, the BMI, blood pressure, blood sugar, blood lipid and sVCAM-1 were detected. The results of determination were taken controlled study and relevant research. Results There were positive correla- tions of sVCAM-1 with BMI, SBP, DBP, FBG, 2 h PG, HbA^c, TG, TC, LDL-C (r = 0.522, 0.366, 0.284, 0.332, 0.433, 0.396, 0.532, 0.314, 0.328; P = 0.001, 0.008, 0.043, 0.017, 0.001, 0.004, 0.001, 0.025, 0.018). The sVCAM-1 in group B was higher than that in group A, the difference was statistically significant (t = 2.762,P = 0.008). After lipoic acid treatment, the level of sVCAM-1 in group B was reduced, the difference was statistically significant (t = 2.606,P = 0.012). Conclusion There are positive correlations of sVCAM-1 with BMI, SBP, DBP, FBG, 2 h PG, HbAic, TG, TC, LDL-C. Lipoic acid may reduce the level of VCAM-1 in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
