The knowledge economy era is already not far future. The development of knowledge economy has influenced the progress of human being extensively. A lot of rules have played important roles nowadays. Meteorological vocation－ as a concentrated knowledge,science and technology field－ should be a fertile soil for seedling of knowledge economy growing. Meteorological knowledge industry has the following characters : development,international exchange and cooperation, knowledgeable decision－ making and science administration.
