摘要
新的历史形势下,气象部门是否该走向市场,实行商业化服务 ?本文从经济学角度分析了这一问题,认为实行商业化服务是气象行业适应时代发展的必由之路。
In the situation of new history, meteorological departments should go to market and practise commercializing service, shouldn' t they? The paper thinks that practice of commercializing service is a necessarily paved way to adaptation to era development from an economical analysis.
