摘要
本文通过探讨商业银行人力资源培训与经营绩效之间的关系,明确了人力资源培训的重要性;并从人力资源培训的有效性对当前商业银行员工培训中存在的问题及其原因进行了系统、深入的分析,最后从提升商业银行经营绩效的视角提出了人力资源的有效培训模式。
This article expatiate the importance of human resources training by exploring the relationship between human resource training of the commercial bank and business performance,and conduct a systematic and in-depth analysis for the existing problems and reasons in the current commercial bank staff training from the effectiveness of the training of human resources. Finally an effective human resources training model was presented through elevating commercial banks operating performance.
