摘要
利用铁-苏木精染色、整体封片的方法,观察了太平洋牡蛎卵子经海水浸泡促熟后的受精过程。生发泡尚未破裂的卵子,经海水浸泡后可以发育到第一次成熟分裂中期。受精后10~15min,放出第一极体;受精后20~25min,放出第二极体;之后,形成雌、雄原核,两性原核以染色体联合的方式结合于纺锤体的赤道面上,准备第一次卵裂。有多精入印现象并能形成多个原核,但不能正常卵裂。那些经浸泡后生发泡仍未破裂的卵子,将不能受精和发育。
The cytological aspects of fertilization in the pacific oyster eggs by promoted maturation in sea water were studied by light microscope. The eggs were st prophase of first meiosis before sperm penetrated. The eggs completed the first and second meiosis and sent out ph, and pb2 respectively 10-15min and 20-25min after insemination. The male and female pronucleus formed and combined on the metaphase plate of first cleavage with the chromosomes joint togather Polyspermy was observed and many male pronucleus formed,bat they had abnormal cleavage.Insemination could not take place if there was no germinal vesicle breakdown in eggs after promoted maturation in sea Water for a long time.
