摘要
在上瑞国道主干线邵阳—芷江段高速公路工程选线过程中 ,初步查清了工程沿线的环境工程地质条件及存在的环境工程地质问题。通过定性和模糊数学定量评价的方法 ,对比分析了北、中、南线等 3种路线方案的环境工程地质条件优劣及其对工程选线的影响 ,结合技术经济、社会效益等综合因素分析评价 ,以南线方案的环境工程地质条件最优 ,道路工程效益及社会效益最佳。
During the route selection of Shangrui state road (from Shaoyang to Zhijiang highway) , the environmental engineering geology condition and the existed problem have been primarily ascertained in the field.On this basis, the advantage and disadvantage of environmental engineering geology condition and its effect on the selection of three route plans have been analyzed by the methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. At the same time, from the points of the angle of the technology economy and the society benefit, the engineering benefit and the comprehensive factors of three route plans have been evaluated. The result of analysis shows the environmental engineering geology condition of the south route plan is best, the route engineering benefit and the society benefit are best, south route plan is the most favorable plan.
