摘要
交通噪声一直是城市噪声污染的主要污染源。尽管桂林市实施了禁呜、部分线路单行、改善路况等措施 ,但随着车流量迅速增长 ,交通噪声超标仍较严重。监测结果显示 :各主干道噪声等效 (A声级 )声级较为接近 ,其在干道隔离带、人行道、居住区分别为76 1~ 79 4dB ,74 0~ 77 0dB ,63 7~ 69 4dB ;在昼间主干道交通噪声的LAeq,LA10 ,LA50 ,LA90 各时段变化不显著 ;在垂向上 ,最大交通噪声出现在 1 0~ 1 5m高度。道路沿线建筑、绿化、坡降、路面宽窄、交通管理等对等效声级也有很大影响。对此 ,结合城市规划 ,道路建设、交通管理、综合治理等方面提出了针对性的控制对策。
Traffic noise is a main polluting source of urban noise in town. With traffic volumes increasing speedily in Guilin, although the measures of bell strictly forbidden, one-way road taken partly,road status improved have been carried out, it is relatively serious that traffic noises are closer to every traffic main,they are 76 1~79 4 dB,74 0~77 0 dB,63 7~69 4 dB(A) with each of isolatable afforestation distric pavement and residential area. In daytime the changes of L Aeq , L A10 , L A50 , L A90 are not remarkable in traffic main .The most traffic noise has revealed from 10 m to 15 m vertically. All have shown that build and afforestation along traffic main,slope,road width, traffic management and so on have great effect. Therefore the control countermeasures about city planning,road construct,traffic management,comprehensive administering are put forward.
