摘要
重质碳酸钙是应用广泛的矿物填料。超细粉碎与表面改性一体化工艺 ,以气流粉碎机为主要设备 ,在粉碎的同时进行表面改性处理。在粉碎机械力作用下产生的矿物新鲜表面和高活性表面 ,有利于提高改性效果。改性后的碳酸钙表面由亲水性变为疏水亲油性 ,吸油率由 1 8 3%下降为 1 6 2 % ,活化率达 98% ,2 0d吸水率由 2 0 1 %下降为 7 0 1 %。改性剂硬脂酸钙能使碳酸钙表面自由能由 2 0 7 9mJ/m2 下降为 4 1 4mJ/m2 ,能提高粉碎效益 ,产品的粒度为 8μm。
Ground calcium carbonate (GCC) is one of the most important mineral fillers. The integration technology is the technology of superfine and surface modification of GCC being achieved simultaneously in gas stream grinder. The new activation faces produced during superfine are favorable for surface modification. After modification,the surface of CaCO 3 is oleophilic. Oil-sorption percent of CaCO 3 decreases to 16 2% from 18 3%, water-sorption percept to 7 01% from 20 1%. The activation percent of CaCO 3 is 98%. On the other hand, treatment-agent is favorable for the decrease in surface energy and the increase in superfine efficiency. The product grain size is 8 μm.
