摘要
采用工业氢氧化铝废渣和水玻璃为原料 ,正丁胺为模板剂 ,用蒸汽相水热合成法合成钠沸石 ,分别用X射线衍射仪、红外光谱仪及粒度分析仪对合成产品进行测试和表征。结果表明 ,采用该法合成的钠沸石结晶良好 ,平均粒径为 1 8μm。还用负离子配位多面体生长基元理论模型分析解释了钠沸石的合成机理。
By using n-utylamine(NBA) as template,natrolite has been prepared by vapour phase method with aluminous dregs and water glass. The sample has been tested and tokened by XRD, IR and granularity analysing. The results show the sample's crystal is better, the average granularity is 1.86μm. The forming mechanism of natrolite has been illustrated by electronegative ion polyhedron of coordination growths unit theoretical model.
