摘要
介绍了一种新型电磁振动式Φ2 0 0mm标准筛振筛机的结构、工作原理。该机利用电磁振动和弹簧片振动的联合振动作用 ,使固定筛子的框架和筛子同时振动。与机械振动式的XSB -70B型Φ2 0 0mm标准筛振筛机相比 ,具有振击频率高、能在较短时间内达到筛分终点、结构简单、重量轻、造价低 ,使用时噪音小和方便等优点。
This article deals with the construction and sieving principle of the new-type Φ 200 mm standard test sieve shaker which is vibrated by the electromagnetic force and the elastic force.The combining action of the electromagnetic vibration and leaf spring vibration on the standard test sieve shaker can make the frame of fixing the standard test sieves and the sieves vibrate at the same time. When compared with the old type of the XSB-70B Φ 200 mm standard test sieve shaker which is shaked by the mechanical force,the new type of the Φ 200mm standard test sieve shaker is of higher vibrative frequency,simpler construction ,lighter weight,cheaper price and the lower noise and more conveniences when using it .
