摘要
在深入分析河南省生态环境现状特征和主要问题的基础上 ,通过对生态环境主要成因分析以及今后经济高速发展中生态环境建设方面所面临的形势 ,提出通过经济增长方式的转变、重点工程的建立、投入机制的健全和稳定、“四荒地”的承包、执法力度的加强等方式 ,实现河南省环境、资源、经济、社会相协调一致的良性可持续发展。
Based on the analysis of the factors that affect the formation of ecological environment, and the situation faced by the ecological environment within the context of speedily developed economy. The author put forward some measures to obtain the coordinated and sustainable development in Henan province, including: the alteration of the way of economic growth; the construction of key projects; the enforcement of law; the allocation of “four types of deserted lands” etc.
