摘要
研究了以天然野生植物多穗柯为原料制备微胶囊化发泡型固形饮料的工艺条件 ,着重探讨了微胶囊化包裹的正交选优 ,固形饮料的配方配伍 ,确定了合理的生产工艺和较好的产品配方。结果表明 ,这种固形饮料口感纯正 ,泡沫丰富 。
It's\} about the research of general technological prcess and requirments of micapulational by refining esrtati water, the crosstest of microcapulation and fomula of Liquid drink. It also defines rational technology and good formula. The result shows that this kind of drink is pure taste, plentiful foam and worthy of exploition.
