摘要 结合压缩机对驱动电动机的设计要求,设计了一款1200W、3000r/min、2p旋转式空调压缩机用单相感应电动机,给出了该单相感应电动机的思路和电磁设计方案。利用Ansys/Maxwell建立了这款电动机的二维有限元仿真模型,对其静态和动态性能进行了仿真。最后试制了样机,样机的电流、转速、效率与仿真结果一致,验证了采用Ansys软件设计电机的有效性。 A single-phase induction motor ( 1200W,3000r/min and 2 pole) for rotating air-conditioning compressor was designed by associating with the design requirements. This pa- per gives the ideas and electromagnetic scheme to design this motor. A 2D finite-element simu- lation model of the motor was established by Ansys/Maxwell, and then some static and dynamic performances of the motor were simulated. At last, the prototype motor was manufactured. Be- cause the test values of the prototype motor such as current, speed and efficiency are in accord- ance with simulation ones, the effectiveness of adopting Ansys software to design this motor has been verified.
