摘要
基于Y-Y移30°电角度的六相永磁无刷直流电机的数学模型,推导了反电动势换流和断流换流的基本原理。针对电流型调速系统的特点,计算出了系统直流母线电感值。最后运用提出的控制方法,在以TMS320F2812为控制器的实验平台上,实现了电流型多相永磁无刷直流电机调速系统稳定可靠运行。
The basic principles of counter EMF commutation and zero-current commuta- tion were derived based on the mathematical model of the six-phase permanent magnet brushless DC motor which has Y-Y winding shifting 30°electric degree. The inductance of DC bus was calculated according to the features of current-type speed control system. Based on a TMS320F2812-controller experimental platform, the stable and reliable operation of the speed control system was achieved by the control method described in this paper.
