青龙衣抗肿瘤成分的研究

Anti-tumor Constituents from the Pericarps of Juglans Regia Max

探寻青龙衣活性部位中具有细胞毒活性的化学成分。结合大孔吸附树脂、硅胶柱色谱等多种分离手段对青龙衣活性部位进行了系统分离,并利用1D,2D-NMR等方法确定了化合物的结构。研究共分离得到6个化学成分,分别为白桦脂酸(Ⅰ),3-乙酰白桦脂酸(Ⅱ),正二十六烷醇(Ⅲ),丁香脂素(Ⅳ),丁香醛(Ⅴ),邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(Ⅵ)。其中化合物Ⅰ至Ⅵ首次从青龙衣中分离得到。

To search the products with cytotoxic activity from the pericarps of Juglans regia Max.The compounds were isolated by chromatography with AB-8 resin and silica gel columns etc.,which were identified by 1D,2D-NMR analysis.They were betulinic acid（Ⅰ）,3-O-acetyl betulinic acid（Ⅱ）,hexacosanol（Ⅲ）,syringaresinol（Ⅳ）,syringaldehyde（Ⅴ）,diisobutyl phthalate（Ⅵ）.All of them were isolated from Qinglongyi for the first time.
