大孔树脂对凤仙透骨草总黄酮的纯化研究

Purification of Total Flavones from Impatiens Balsamina L. by Macroporous Adsorption Resin

目的:对凤仙透骨草总黄酮的纯化工艺进行优化。方法:以凤仙透骨草总黄酮的静态吸附量和解析率为指标,对5种大孔吸附树脂D-101、HPD400、HPD450、AB-8、X-5进行筛选,筛选出最佳型号的大孔树脂,并确定其分离纯化条件。结果:D101型大孔树脂对凤仙透骨草总黄酮的纯化效果较好,最佳上样量为9.415mg/mL树脂,上样药液浓度为1.387mg/mL,水洗量为5倍柱体积,用8倍柱体积60%乙醇洗脱。结论:D101型大孔树脂对凤仙透骨草总黄酮的纯化方法可行。

Objective： To optimize purification process of total flavones from Impatiens balsamina L..Methods： The Static absorption amount and desorption ratio were taken as the investigation indexes for screening five kinds of resins like D 101,HPD400,HPD450,AB-8 and X-5.Screen out the best type of macroporous resin,and determine the separation and purification condition.Results： D101 resin was the optimum purification resin for total flavones of Impatiens balsamina L.,and the best sample quality was 9.415mg/mL;concentration of sample solution was 1.387mg/mL;volume of water was 5BV;eluent of 60% ethanol of 8BV.Conclusion： D101 resin is feasible for purification of total flavones from Impatiens balsamina L.
