中药朱砂合理应用的探讨与改进

Discussion and Improvement of the Rational Use of Chinese Medicine Cinnabar

目的:探讨中药朱砂在临床上的合理应用情况,评价其临床疗效并进行改进,旨在为临床用药提供依据。方法:选取2011年3月～2013年3月期间就诊于我院并使用中药朱砂治疗疾病的患者进行回顾性分析,探讨朱砂的炮制方法(水飞法或球磨法)与疗效的关系,统计朱砂的用药量以及用药时间与不良反应发生的关系。结果:球磨加水飞法对朱砂进行炮制的总有效率为100%,而单独使用水飞法、球磨法的总有效率则分别为70%、80%,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);另外,临床统计数据显示,中药朱砂的用药量越大、用药时间越长,不良反应的发生率越高,且具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:朱砂的炮制、用药量以及用药时间与其药理和毒理作用密切相关,针对其问题对用药方案进行改进,可有效规范并合理使用此类中成药,以减少因不合理用药引发的不良反应,保证临床用药的安全有效。

Objective： To explore the rational application of Chinese medicine cinnabar in clinic.Evaluate the clinical efficacy and make improvements which can design to provide the basis for clinical use.Methods： Retrospectively analyze the patients who used Chinese medicine cinnabar for the treatment of the dicease from March 2011 to March 2013 in our hospital.Explore the relationship for processing methods of cinnabar（water fly or ballmilling） and effect.And make statistics about the relationship of medication,dosage and adverse reactions of cinnabar.Results： The total effective rate of water fly combined with ball milling for processing cinnabar was 100%.While the total effective rate of water flyand ball milling alone were respectively 70% and 80%,which was statistically significant（P ＆lt; 0.05）.In addition,the clinical statistics showed that the greater dosages and longer medication of cinnabar,the higher the incidence of adverse reactions were,which had a statistical significance（P ＆lt; 0.05）.Conclusion： The concocted,dosage and administration time of cinnabarare closely related to their pharmacological andtoxicological effects.The Improvements on the regimen can regulate and rationalize the use of medicine which can reduce the adverse effects caused by unreasonable use.It can ensure the safety and effectiveness of clinical use.
