摘要作为提升区域持续竞争优势的政策工具,区域发展平台方法近年来引起了国外创新学者的广泛关注,平台政策已对某些地区的经济发展产生显著影响。旨在通过对国外平台政策研究的全面综述,为国内区域创新理论引入值得研究和探索的新路径。
