Development and Management of Laboratory Economy Model under the Conditions of Industrial Upgrading

通过搭建"实验室经济"这样一个资本-技术-项目-人才共同融合的平台,不仅有利于从技术到商品的孵化,还有利于提高企业创新能力、培育创新体系、加快可持续发展。从宏观角度论述了"实验室经济"在发达国家和我国的发展状况,以及该模式对我国"十二五"规划的重要影响,分析了企业发展实验室经济应具备的条件。从管理角度探讨了如何实现从实验室到市场、从技术到商品的转变,即建立科学的"实验室经济"管理模式。

Through constructing＂laboratory economy＂such a capital-technology-projects-talent integration platform together,not only contributes to sustainable development from technology to hatching of the goods,but also is beneficial to improve enterprise innovation ability,training innovation system,accelerate the sustainable development.We discussed the development of＂laboratory economy＂in developed countries and China from a macro point of view,and the important role of Laboratory economy about China＇s 12th Five-Year Plan,and we analyzed the conditions of enterprises should have for laboratory economy.Finally,from management perspective,we explored how to change the＂laboratory＂to market,from technology to commodity.That is the establishment of＂laboratory economy＂mode.
