Establishment of standard die-sets library based on SolidWorks configuration function

以建立冲模标准模架库为目的,摒弃了SolidWorks的二次开发的方法,通过发掘SolidWorks软件的配置功能,实现了处于装配状态的冲模标准模架库的调用和自动更新。用户通过选择组成零件的不同配置,就可以自动生成一系列的标准模架,有效地提高了冲模设计自动化程度。

Establishment of standard die-sets library based on SolidWorks configuration func- tion was made to realize the call and automation update of standard die-sets in assembly state, instead of the secondary development method. A series of standard die-sets can gen- erate automatically through selecting different configurations of component parts, and then the level of automation design was improved.
