摘要
以汽车车厢后门外板为例,建立了倒装单动有限元模型并分析了其成形接触状态。基于间隙补偿原理,通过一种工作间隙渐变的压边圈,均衡冲压成形过程中板料受力状况。利用模拟求解验证,制件无成形缺陷且表面无冲击滑移痕迹。卸载后制件的回弹得到了有效地抑制,最大回弹量较传统工艺减小了50%以上。经过生产实践,制造出了合格的制件。
Taking a trunk rear door as example, the FEM model of the inverted assembling structure of the forming die was established and the contact state during the forming pro- cess was analyzed. Through using a blank holder with progressive working clearance, the contact stress state during the stamping process was balanced. Using numerical simulation verification, the parts were no-forming defects and no-impacting slipping marks. Spring-back after unloading was effectively restrained. Comparing to the traditional technology, the maxi- mum amount of spring back reduced above 50%.
